Give and take
In Italian, farmer is called "coltivatore". This beautiful word combines all the tasks of a farmer: he doesn't just grow something, he cultivates it, looks after the soil, enriches the earth, the land. And so we see ourselves not only as producers, but also as landscape managers and gardeners. We are proud of our cultivated land and enjoy its colours, scents and fruits every day. And we tend and care for its plants with love and care. We don't exploit it, but give back what we take from it. Not in the form of synthetic fertilizer, but as natural food, as compost and manure. Organic not as a label, but as an attitude.

First-class and sustainable – from cultivation to packaging
Our small-fruited olives of the Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio varieties thrive on trees that we cultivate according to organic guidelines wherever possible. After the careful harvest, we immediately take the olives to a nearby mill (Frantoio), where they are extracted the same day using the latest machines at a maximum of 25 degrees Celsius. This is how our high-quality, natural and fruity extra virgin olive oil is created, which is suitable for both cooking and cold dishes.
