First-class and sustainable – from cultivation to packaging

Our small-fruited olives of the Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio varieties grow on trees that we cultivate exclusively according to organic guidelines. After the careful harvest, we immediately take the olives to a nearby mill (Frantoio), where they are extracted the same day using the latest machines at a maximum of 25 degrees Celsius. This is how our high-quality, natural and fruity extra virgin olive oil is created, which is suitable for both cooking and cold dishes.
