This multi-award-winning olive oil has all the characteristics that distinguish a genuine extra virgin olive oil: it smells green, like freshly cut grass, and, depending on the batch, raw artichokes, green bananas or fresh almonds. As with wine, its taste varies from year to year. It is a blend of the Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio and San Felice varieties. The weather, harvest time and composition of the blend influence the flavour.
